“Jet Lag” was announced by lead singer Pierre Bouvier and guitarist Sébastien Lefebvre in a special video message on April 20, 2010, and was described as the “first real official single” from the new album.

The Music Video for Jet Lag was released on the 4th of May, 2011 which features Natasha Bedingfield in a hotel room, and the band at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The band perform inside the airport while Pierre gets ready for boarding the flight to his girlfriend, which is played by Natasha.
